Childrens Ministries

Greetings! Welcome to the UACC Children’s Ministries Department. We are so honored and blessed to take part in the ministry of the Lord. God has blessed our program with children of all ages, as we aim to shepherd each of them, and to lead, encourage and teach them in the way of the Lord.

Purpose

What a great responsibility and honor to model Christ’s example and to help raise them in His ways. We are grateful to walk alongside families and be a part of the spiritual upbringing of the children in our church family, as we all work together striving to “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6). We thank God the UACC Children’s Department has been blessed with dozens of volunteers who take hours out of their week to prepare, guide and teach the younger generations.

Our program includes classrooms for children of all ages, from 2 year olds to High School Seniors. The children go through, “Generations of Grace,” which is a curriculum that goes through the bible in three years, from Genesis to Revelation. This allows for our Sunday Schoolers to learn from a young age how the Old Testament and New Testament fit together, His Redemptive History, and how the Lord has been constantly and consistently working throughout time, how the same themes show up in the Old and New Testaments and much more.

Jr. High Group

The UACC junior high group is designed to empower our younger students to stand firm in their faith by teaching the basics and grounding their knowledge in God’s Word. Although life brings many challenges along the way, we know that students prepared well will be able to endure.

Armenian Evangelical Youth Fellowship (AEYF)
AEYF unites the youth groups of all Armenian Evangelical Churches in North America. Youth from the California Churches get together regularly for retreats, conferences and recreational activities. Every other year there is an AEYF convention including all our youth in North America. These joint events help to build up the spiritual life of our young people, while also developing a sense of their Armenian Evangelical identity.
